American Wood Protection Association
The AWPA is a non-profit organization promoting voluntary wood preservation standards. AWPA’s mission is to seek ways to improve the performance and life of sustainable wood and wood products by crafting competent, reliable, international standards through an open, consensus-based process, and to serve society as a resource for knowledge on all aspects of wood protection.
APA – The Engineered Wood Association
The leading resource for information about engineered wood products, the APA is a nonprofit trade association that works with its members to create structural wood products of exceptional strength, versatility and reliability.
Western Wood Products Association
Supported by Western lumber manufacturers, WWPA delivers lumber grading, quality control, technical, business information and product support services to sawmills as well as those who use Western softwood lumber products throughout the world.
Western Wood Preservers Institute
Since 1947, WWPI has represented the interests of the preserved wood products industry throughout western North America. The membership consists of companies that either manufacture products, are directly affiliated or provide a service to the preserved wood industry.
